How long will my order take?
Each piece is prepared with care and intention. Please allow 5–7 business days for processing before shipment. Once your order leaves us, tracking information will be sent to your email.
Do you accept returns?
Because of the nature of our products and hygiene standards, all sales are final. I encourage you to review product details carefully before purchasing. If something arrives incorrect or damaged, please reach out within 48 hours so I can assist you.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of being placed. After that, processing begins and cancellations are no longer possible.
What if my package shows delivered but I don’t have it.
Once packages are handed to the carrier, delivery is outside of our control. If this happens, please contact the shipping carrier directly. If you need guidance, I’m happy to help point you in the right direction.
How should I care for my wig?
Treat your piece gently — detangle from the ends upward, use sulfate-free products, limit heat, and store it properly when not worn. Thoughtful care helps preserve its beauty and longevity.
