Return Request Window

We offer a 48-hour claim window beginning when your order is marked Delivered by the shipping carrier.

To request a review, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

  • Your order number
  • A detailed explanation of your request
  • Clear photos of the product
  • Photos of the original packaging, if applicable

Requests submitted after the 48-hour window will not be considered, except where otherwise required by applicable law.


All Sales Final

Due to the hygienic nature of our products and the fact that our glueless wigs are designed to be worn without adhesive, all sales are final to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not accept returns or exchanges on wigs, hair products, or accessories for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect color selection
  • Incorrect length or texture selection
  • Buyer preference
  • Improper installation or handling after delivery
  • Use of adhesive, cutting, plucking, coloring, or other customization
  • Wearing, altering, or attempting to return a used wig

Please review all product descriptions carefully before placing your order, including cap size, lace type, density, and fit details. If you have any questions before purchasing, we encourage you to contact us.


Incorrect, Damaged, or Defective Items

If you receive the wrong item or believe your order arrived damaged or defective, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at TheWigMansionky@gmail.com.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the product
  • Photos of the shipping box and packaging
  • A description of the issue

After reviewing your claim, we will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, store credit, or refund, at our sole discretion and subject to applicable law.

Items submitted for review must be:

  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • Unaltered
  • In their original condition and packaging

For glueless wigs, this means the lace must remain uncut, the wig must not have been worn with adhesive, and no customization should have been made.

Claims that do not meet these requirements may be denied.


Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase, provided processing has not yet begun.

After 12 hours, or once an order has entered processing, it cannot be canceled.


Refunds

Refunds are issued only when approved due to a verified shipping error, defective product, or fulfillment mistake made by The Wig Mansion, or as otherwise required by law.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law.
  • Please allow up to 10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund after it has been issued.


European Union Orders

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days under applicable consumer protection laws.

Items must be:

  • Unworn
  • Unused
  • In original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

For glueless wigs, items must not have been worn, altered, or customized in any way.

This provision applies only where required by law and does not affect any mandatory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
