Our wigs are designed for women who want a natural-looking install without the hassle of glue. Every unit is customized with a pre-plucked hairline, bleached knots, and HD lace for a realistic finish.

2. Do I need glue?

No. Our glueless wigs are designed to be worn without glue or adhesive.

3. Are your wigs beginner-friendly?

Absolutely! If you’re new to wigs, our glueless units are made to be easy to wear with minimal styling.

4. Are your wigs made with 100% human hair?

Yes. Every wig is made with authentically sourced raw vietnamese hair for softness, longevity, and natural movement.

5. Do the wigs come customized?

Yes. Each wig is customized with a pre-plucked hairline, bleached knots, and styled before shipping.

6. Can I straighten or curl my wig?

Yes. Since our wigs are made with raw human hair, they can be curled or straightened. Always use a heat protectant.

7. How often should I wash my wig?

We recommend washing your wig every 10–15 wears or whenever you notice product buildup.

8. How do I maintain my wig?

Use sulfate-free shampoo and conditioner, limit excessive heat, use a lightweight serum, and store your wig on a mannequin head or in a satin bag when not in use.

9. Can I sleep in my glueless wig?

We don’t recommend it. Removing your wig at night helps preserve the lace, cap, and overall lifespan of your unit.

10. How long will my wig last?

With proper care, your human hair wig can last a year or longer.

11. How long does shipping take?

Please allow 10–14 business days for your order. That includes 7-10 days processing and 2-4 days shipping. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is on the way. We ship via UPS. 

12. Do you accept returns?

Due to the nature of human hair products, all sales are final. We cannot accept returns on worn, customized, or altered wigs. Please review policies for more information.

13. What if my order arrives damaged?

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue so we can assist you. Please review policies for more information.

14. Can I cancel my order?

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if production has not started. Please review policies for more information.

15. Do you offer payment plans?

Yes! We accept Pay in 4 Installments and any additional payment options available at checkout.

16. How do I choose my cap size?

Grab a tape measure to take the circumference of your head before ordering. If you’re between sizes, contact us and we’ll help you choose the best fit. Review wig maintenance options for an image walkthrough. 

17. Can I color my wig?

Yes, but we recommend having your wig professionally colored to maintain the quality of the hair.

18. Will my wig shed?

Minimal shedding is normal with any human hair wig. Proper care and gentle handling will help maximize its lifespan. Review wig maintenance guide.

19. Can I wear my wig every day?

Yes! Our glueless wigs are designed for everyday wear while allowing you to remove them at night.
